The roll holder allows for long graphics to be rolled up and dispensed as the vinyl is applied.
The Rivet/Dent tool and Yard Sign tool are very simular to each other. The only difference is that the Rivet/Dent tools has a padded edge with felt for going over obstickles. The Yard Sign tools have a cotton covered edge for laminating.
These tools are for use on small signs that don't require that the graphic be rolled up to make them easy to handle. Their light weight a slim design make it easy to work with on small signs.
The slim felt edge on both tools will apply masking and vinyl.
The laminator tool has a roll holder for holding rolled up materials to make them easier to handle. This tool is used for graphics that are otherwise to long to handle unless they are rolled up.
There are five styles and many sizes to fit the needs of most sign shops.

All of our tools will laminate and mount pressure sensitive vinyl. The diferent sizes and types of tools make it possible to choose the right tool for the job. Each shop will benifit by having a variaty of tools to work with.
The Big Squeegee line of tools are not intended to replace powered laminators. They are a good addition to any shop, even with a powered laminator, They make it easier to laminate small graphics and can reduce waste, by not having to change the roll in the power laminator to do an odd job.
The fabric on all the tools are easy to replace when they get soiled, cut or worn out. Many of our original tools are still in use after 3 years of production. Some of them even have the original covering, even though they get used daily.
The Laminator Tool comes in sizes from 26" to 64". It is primarily used for working with prints. It will mount cut vinyl but is lacking in the application of masking. It can be done but the other tools are better designed for appling transfer tape.
The laminator can be identified by the white application edge. The edge has a padding with a durable cotton cloth covering. The cotton cloth can be cleaned with a damp cloth or replaced if it gets cut or worn out. The padding helps to fill the groves in corogated plastic.
The Cut Vinyl Tool looks very much like the laminator tool. It can be identified by the black felt covering on both edges. The cut vinyl tool is so named because its primary purpose is working with cut vinyl. It will apply transfer tape both by pushing the roll ahead of the tool or by placing the roll in the roll holder and applied off the back of the tool.
This tool is the "jack of all trades" tool because it does it all. It comes in two sizes and is limited to 30" width of application.
Yard Sign Tool
Cradle Tool
The Cradle tool is our latest addition to the Big Squeegee line of tools. It is light in weight and is pushed without the need to pick it up. It does very well with masking. It is made in all the sizes of the other tools.

This tool is a must for sign shops. I have cut my labor time almost in half. Not to mention not needing to tape my prints before applying.
Totally Satisfied.
